Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your travel services booking within 5 days without providing any reason for doing so. This allows you time to reconsider your plans and ensure everything is in order.
The deadline for canceling the booking is 5 days from the date you received the confirmation of your booking, or when a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the travel documentation or services.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to cancel. You can reach us at:

To facilitate your request, please include your booking reference and the details of your cancellation request in the email.
Note: 30% of the total payment is required in advance at the time of booking. This advance payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel after the 30-day cancellation period.
Refunds
Once we process your cancellation, we will reimburse you no later than 24 hours from the day we receive the cancellation notice and any necessary documents or confirmations. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, and no additional fees will be charged.
Please note, if applicable, the 30% advance payment will not be refunded.
Conditions for Returns/Cancellations
- The booking must be made within the last 24 hours.
- You must provide us with the necessary details about your booking and cancellation request in writing.
Please note that the following conditions will impact your cancellation rights:
- Customized Travel Packages: Tailored travel services such as customized itineraries, personal tours, or bespoke packages are non-refundable once booked.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain travel services (e.g., flights, accommodation, tours) may be subject to third-party cancellation policies and could be non-refundable.
- Travel Services Already Provided: Portions of services already provided (e.g., flights taken or hotel stays) are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellations or refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Returning Travel Services
For any cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. The cost of returning or canceling services, including travel documentation or tickets, may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions related to your travel service provider to ensure you're aware of their policies regarding cancellations. Some services, like certain accommodations or tours, may have additional terms or fees associated with cancellations.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
